A vacancy has arisen for a Field Service Engineers covering London and South surrounding areas.

Key Roles and responsibilities for this position include:

• On-site visits to customers, using mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills to diagnose and repair faulty equipment including Chiltern Invadex and competitor products, and undertaking planned service/maintenance and testing of equipment to ensure conformance with regulatory standards.
• Identification of replacement parts, specification and ordering to support field repairs.
• Maintaining company vehicle and van stock including condition, accuracy and stock records.
• Providing excellent levels of customer service via appropriate communication, appearance and positive, caring attitude.
• Helping to continuously improve service processes and procedures.
